Yangon – Inle – Taunggyi – Kaku – Pindaya – Kalaw-Yangon (5D/4N)
Day 01: Arrival Yangon (-,L,D)
Upon arrival at the Yangon International Airport, our warmly local guide will pick you up with welcome signboard and proceed to enjoy orientation into the heart of City Centre Lunch in a local Restaurant .Check in the Hotel and in the evening we are going to visit Chaukhtet-Gyi Pagoda which is noted for the 3rd biggest Reclining Buddha in Myanmar. Then right the Way to the wonder of Great Shwedagon Pagoda where you can find ways of life of Buddhist and Social activities. Enjoy dinner at Local Restaurant. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 02: Yangon – Heho – Inle (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel and our local guide will pick you up at the hotel for morning flight to Heho. Transfer from Heho airport to Nyaung Shwe and proceed to your hotel in Inle Lake by taking local boat. Check-in to your hotel and have lunch. Then enjoy your Inle Lake Boat Trip – see lake’s unique “Leg Rowers“, the Intha people row standing up with one leg wrapped around an oar, tomato floating garden, traditional handicrafts and work shop (Silver work, silk weaving and fabrication of lotus tissue by hand, cheroot making). Afterward, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, holiest religious site in the southern Shan State. Then visit to Nga Phe Kyaung (known as Jumping Cat Monastery), one of the oldest wooden monastery in Inle Lake containing over 200 years old Buddha images. Dinner and hotel accommodation at Inle Lake.
Day 03: Taunggyi – Mway Taw Kaku – Taunggyi (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel and check-out to proceed to Taunggyi, capital city of Shan State. On the way, a stop will be made at Ayethayar Wine Garden where you can enjoy fresh wine (own plan). Arrive Taunggyi and visit to local market (if time permit). Continue visit to Kakku Pagodas (over 7,000 pagodas), one of the most visited places in the Shan State, about 25km away from Taunggyi, near Mway Taw Village. Lunch at local restaurant and proceed to Sulamuni Pagoda at Taunggyi. Then continue to Mya Sein Taung Paya/ Shwe Phone Pwint Paya, situated on the top of the mountain and overlooking the beauty of Taunggyi City’s views from the top of it. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Taunggyi.
Day 04: Taunggyi – Pindaya – Kalaw (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel and proceed to Pindaya. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful scenery and different vegetable plantation till to reach Pindaya. Visit to Pindaya Mystery caves known as Shwe U Min Cave Pagoda, famous Bok-TaLoke Lake, and observe Shan Paper making and umbrella work shop from some local family houses. Lunch at local restaurant and drive to Kalaw (former British Hill station) where the British legacy can be seen. visit to the Hnee Pagoda – a 500-year old Bamboo Buddha can be seen, and visit to Thein Taung Pagoda, from which you can see the scenic views of Kalaw. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Kalaw.
Day 05: Kalaw – Heho – Yangon & Departure (B,L,-)
Breakfast at hotel and you will be transferred to Heho airport for the morning flight to Yangon. Arrive Yangon, If time permit, visit to Bogyoke (Scott) Market (close every Mondays and Public holidays) Afterward, you will be transferred to the Yangon International Airport for departure.
